Keep it small on purpose
A 250g pack is usually plenty for a couple, since love cake is rich and served in small slices. If parents or close friends are joining, the 500g or 1Kg packs sit just as well on the table.
Package it for the moment
Tell us the occasion when you order. A simple box works for a quiet dinner at home. Something more considered suits an engagement or a milestone year. Marzipan is available either way.
